These 21 days of self discovery and self restoration were just what I needed to keep me supported and focused during these uncertain times. Every day I felt fully supported to practice my daily commitments and try new experiences I hadn’t had before. I joined this retreat looking for a sense of calm in the chaos of the world and what I found was so much more. In the last 3 weeks, I’ve learned so much about myself, maintained a consistent routine of self care, & gained a virtual family of connection that was an immediate source of nonjudgmental love, trust, and support that I know will last long beyond the days of the retreat. The 4 Pillars

Body: Body: The body is made up of over 20,000 genes and produces around 70 million cells per day. In your brain there is an estimated 100 billion neurons creating 100 trillion neural connections. The Brain plays an important role in formation of these cells and the expression of genes in different areas of the body. This is what allows our organs to operate differently and yet in unison, covered in tissues and supported by 650-840 muscles connecting 360 joints. A magnificent creation that holds every aspect of us, our divine container and humble temple. From emotions, thoughts, breath and movement its all manifested right here in our physical expression. Movement Fusion allows us to practice listening to our bodies, to build strength and create space and of course to play. Fusing elements of yoga, primal movement and mobility exercises, promoting a fully integrated experience.

Mind: our minds are a powerful machine that not only determines our emotional state – it also has the power to manifest our vision. Experts estimate that the mind thinks between 60,000 – 80,000 thoughts a day, a majority of which are subconscious, meaning you don’t actually notice them. Our power in shaping our lives lies in noticing and working with our subconscious mind. Mindset work will help you actively reprogram your patterns, question your thoughts and beliefs, and have dominion over your emotions. During this retreat, you’ll discover your patterns that show up in every area of your life, and have the opportunity to question and shift them. The impact will be obvious, and you’ll walk away with tangible tools to implement whenever resistance, fear and anxiety come up.

Heart: Heart: The heart is the seat of the soul. It’s essentially your internal guide to a life of authentic expression, access to wisdom and connection through love. It is through the heart that we build and experience the beauty of relationships and give meaning to life. Yet, we allow the heart to close at any disappointment, fear and frustration. When we go through painful experiences, we mentally block ourselves from feeling and trusting. We hold on to the thoughts, so that we don’t have to feel. In this program, we will allow the heart to open again through a deep relaxation and meditation practice called Yoga Nidra. The practice of Yoga Nidra uses the natural process of sleep to go beyond the mind and take us into the essence of the heart. It is a direct experience of your expanded heart. You will know that as you expand your heart, you create your own freedom. You will trust yourself again as the creator of your own reality.

Breath: Breathwork is a very profound and sacred practice. It is in the same realm as Pranayama practices but it consists of an entire hour of following one pattern of Breath that is intended to increase our lung capacity and enable us to reprogram the nervous system. Most of us are only breathing at about 30% of our capacity, which is why stress, anxiety and sadness tend to feel very heavy: these are all emotions with shallow, low vibration breath patterns. Breathwork is used to increase our breath to 100% of our capacity so that we can, on a cellular level, raise the frequency in the emotional and energetic bodies to bring in more joy, more possibility, more awareness. Breathwork acts as an entire house cleaning for those who practice it. It is able to quickly and effectively release old patterns and emotional density so that we can start to operate from a space of authenticity, of truth and of love.

Savannah: Body.

Hello my name is Savannah, I’m a Movement Fusion instructor and Event Coordinator for LiveBlissed, where we create movement and material for holistic improvement. I’ll be offering weekly movement classes that are yoga based and emphasized on enhancing mobility. With a blend of fluidity, strengthening, and softening to meet your body where you are, and then explore where you can go.

Marcella: Heart.

Marcella Sharma is a RYT-500 Yoga Teacher specialized in Restorative and Yoga Nidra. In her own self-healing path, she discovered the art of relaxation to be the secret for physical and emotional healing, as well as long-lasting lifestyle transformation and manifestation. She received her certification from a Nondual Tantric School in India and infuses her offerings with the classical teachings of yoga to guide her students towards presence, wholeness and unity.

Marina: Mind.

Marina Yanay-Triner is a plant based transformational wellness coach and recipe developer. She creates easy and delicious vegan recipes and shares the evidence based benefits of a whole food plant based lifestyle. As a transformational coach, she supports her clients in addressing the deeper underlying blocks, fears and anxieties that stop them from stepping fully into their power and achieving their dreams.

Chelcy: Breath.

Chelcy Pine is a local San Diego Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork Facilitator. She has been practicing and teaching these methods of healing for five years and has found them to be the most powerful and potent technologies in helping to break through physical barriers, emotional blocks and even reprogramming the way we relate to our own minds and higher consciousness. In herself she has found the ability to release subconscious patterns, clear past traumas and grief, and operate more from a space of truth and authenticity rather than from a space of fear and survival.
