Marina has coached her clients to set goals and intentions, and make them a reality through inner work. Her clients have been able to craft powerful and loving relationships with themselves and those they love, transform their careers, and shift their eating habits. She has had 3 businesses in the last 5 years, and has shifted her relationship with herself from severe criticism to loving acceptance, and find deep personal emotional healing from PTSD and trauma.
Nutritionist & Wellness Coach
Alexandra has been active in the health and fitness industry for 5 years. While studying for Nutrition degree and having full time managerial job, Alexandra won 1st place at two fitness competitions. Currently, she works as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant in San Diego. She is passionate about creating platform to help others to build healthy habits and improve their relationship with food and themself.
