My name is Marina, and I have been plant-based for over 7 years! Throughout these years, I learned so much about evidence-based nutrition, and how to make plant-based meals that actually taste amazing, and take minutes to make.
But you know what my most important lesson was? SELF LOVE. I live with PTSD – as a result of a sexual abuse trauma that made me disconnect from my body for years. By learning to love myself, I learned to connect with my body, listen to its wisdom, and then easily eat with the guidance of my intuition, out of love for myself and my body.
