Junk Food Made Raw Vegan Class


All of the items are plant-based, free of cooking, soy, and gluten. Please let meus know early on about any allergies so that I can accommodate you.

Class structure: 

I will teach you how to make each item, its nutritional benefits/how raw food can transform your health in general, and some tips on prepping raw foods. I will also answer any questions you may have about raw food, so you are getting both nutritional and kitchen guidance. 

About Marina:

Marina Yanay-Triner is a health and nutrition coach in San Diego, and founder of Soul in the Raw. She is a graduate of BodyMind Institute with a certification in coaching. She has spent many years in Israel, and particularly, in Jerusalem. She is proud to have the opportunity to teach people all about oil-free, whole, and delicious versions of Mediterranean classics, the raw vegan way! She has taught many classes around San Diego, and hosted raw vegan dinners.

Price: $53 (including PayPal service fee charge). The price includes all recipes, class instruction for food prep and nutrition values, and delicious food of course! Price goes up after May 13th, so be sure to sign up early.

Space is limited. Pre-registration is required so that we know how many people to feed, and registration closes on May 19th.
