Mediterawnean for the Raw Souls: Raw Vegan Class


Two raw souls from the Mediterranean are teaming up to teach you all about raw vegan Mediterranean cuisine.

In this unique class, you will get to learn how to make each of the following items:

[Soup] Spanish Gazpacho

[Appetizer] Jerusalemite Hummus

[Salad] Greek Salad

[Main] Italian Lasagna

[Dessert] Italian Tiramisu

All of the items are plant-based, cook-free, soy, and gluten. Please let us know early on about any allergies so that we can accommodate you.
Elisabet Corominas is a raw vegan chef from Spain, and founder of Mediterawnean, inspired by her Mediterranean background. She has been studying nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and playing around with delicious raw vegan desserts for a few years now.

Marina Yanay-Triner is a health and nutrition coach in San Diego, and founder of Soul in the Raw. She is a graduate of BodyMind Institute with a certification in coaching. She has spent many years in Israel, and particularly, in Jerusalem. She is proud to have the opportunity to teach people all about oil-free, whole, and delicious versions of Mediterranean classics, the raw vegan way! She has taught many classes around San Diego, and hosted raw vegan dinners.
