Spiralizing 101 -2-4:00PM


Have you ever used a spiralizer? There are many kinds of spiralizers and spiral slicers in raw food cuisine, and each serves a different purpose. They are one of the most fun and best ways to make creative dishes out of vegetables, helping to avoid gluten and dairy, but still achieving the perfect mouth-feel.
I am teaming up with the wonderful and talented Katie Gluck from Katie‘s Healing Kitchen to bring you raw vegan recipes that will teach you how to use one of the most unique and handy tools in my raw vegan kitchen: the spiralizer.
We will be making:
  • Spiralized Apple Crumble Dessert
  • Mustard Carrot Noodle Salad
  • Avocado-Caper Zucchini Pasta
  • Gingery Cucumber Noodles
  • Hands-on Green Juicing – showing you how easy to is to get your vitamin and mineral shot for the day
