Through this fun, hands-on program, you will learn the ins and outs of a whole-food plant based diet, start to plan your meals with ease, enjoy every bite of your food, and eat healthier than ever before without compromising flavor, satisfaction, and without spending hours in the kitchen.

6 years ago, I was insanely busy: a full-time student, and working 3 jobs to support myself. At the same time, I decided to start a vegan diet.

It seemed pretty crazy to make such a major change at literally the busiest time in my life. But I strongly believed in this lifestyle with all of my soul and was ready to do anything to live it.

After many hours of trial and error, pretty bland-tasting plant-based meals, and LOTS of learning, I finally figured out how to make delicious, easy vegan meals that actually satisfied me. 

After this long learning process, I eventually mastered making meals that took very little time to prep, and actually made me excited to eat them down to a science!   

Mealtime became a celebration of flavor and health. Colorful, beautiful, insanely nutritious, and literally the best food I have ever had was (and is) made in my kitchen daily!

After having gone through this incredible transformation, I wanted to give this gift to others. I received my health coaching certification. Then, through Soul in the Raw, I coached people in person and online on how to prep delicious vegan food that made them feel incredible.

Your Questions Answered

What equipment do I need for this coaching program?

You will need a good knife and cutting board, as well as a powerful blender like this one, or this one. We can also work with this one (a budget-friendly, less powerful option). 

If you can get a food processor, that would be really great, but totally optional. This is the one I recommend. 

How many hours per week will we be working together?

It depends on your needs, and will vary from person to person. But here is an estimate: 

2 hours for week 1  

3 hours for week 2

4-5 hours for week 3 and week 4 each

(plus 1 more hour each week for a phone or skype consultation if needed)

Where will coaching take place?

All coaching sessions will take place in your kitchen, except for grocery shopping, which we will do at a Sprouts near you.

What happens after I click 'enroll'?
After you click enroll, I will email you my calendar with possible dates and times to schedule our sessions, and we will get going right away!
What if someone wants to join me for the sessions?
The 4-week program will cost $1,197 for 2 people, and $1,497 for 3 people. You can choose these options at checkout. 
What if I cannot complete all sessions in 4 weeks?
You may postpone your sessions for up to 2 months, and put them on hold (you must complete all sessions with me within 3 months). 
Is this program suitable for beginners or long-time vegans?

This program is perfect for beginners, as I will dive into all the basics and will leave no question unanswered. 

It’s also great for long-time vegans, as you will find that you will gain a great depth of knowledge from it, new recipes to try, and an understanding of how to make your vegan diet nutritionally sound to fit your body’s unique needs.
