Raw Vegan Caramel Crepe Recipe

For the Caramel Filling

For the topping

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 2 handfuls fresh of frozen raspberries


For the caramel

  • Blend all ingredients until completely smooth


  • Smother 1 wrap with as much caramel as you'd like. Add raspberries and cacao nibs, and any other toppings you'd like, and fold over the way you like it. Usually, I just fold in half. Top with more caramel and toppings.
  • Repeat another time with another coconut wrap.
