Raw Vegan Caramel Crepe Recipe
For the Caramel Filling
sprouted almond butter
or replace with 2 additional dates
For the topping
handfuls fresh of frozen raspberries
For the crepes
oil-free raw vegan coconut wraps
For the caramel
Blend all ingredients until completely smooth
Smother 1 wrap with as much caramel as you'd like. Add raspberries and cacao nibs, and any other toppings you'd like, and fold over the way you like it. Usually, I just fold in half. Top with more caramel and toppings.
Repeat another time with another coconut wrap.
